Lymphae comes in liquid form: 2ml in a glass of water, or straight under the tongue. No capsules, no tablets to break in half. The honey flavour goes down easily — that's what we hear most often.

How long before I notice anything?

It's different for everyone. We won't give you a timeframe — that would be dishonest, and it isn't allowed either. What we can say: herbal preparations are traditionally taken in courses, and consistency matters more than anything.

How long does one bottle last?

At 2ml a day, one bottle lasts about 30 days.

Are there any side effects?

Lymphae is a food supplement made with plant extracts. As with anything you take, there are cases where it's worth asking a professional — see the question “When is it not recommended?” below, which is genuinely worth reading. If you get an unusual reaction, stop taking it and speak to your doctor or pharmacist.

Can I take it continuously?

Herbal preparations are traditionally taken in courses. A lot of our customers alternate periods of taking it with breaks. Before using it long term, speak to your doctor or pharmacist.

Does it actually work?

Lymphae is a food supplement, not a medicine. We can't — and won't — promise you a result.

What we can honestly say: it varies from person to person, and Lymphae sits alongside drinking enough and moving a bit — not instead of them.

When is it not recommended?

Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or for anyone under 18. If you're allergic to legumes (the clover family), are taking any medication or have an existing condition, speak to your doctor first.

Can I take it alongside my medication?

  • If you take diuretics, blood-pressure medication, anticoagulants or antiplatelet medication, or hormone treatment, or if you have liver or kidney problems: speak to your doctor first.
  • Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
  • If you have a history of hormone-sensitive cancer, or an allergy to legumes (the clover family): speak to your doctor first.
